باب وقت الذبح
Chapter on the Time of Slaughter
Hadith Number: 4697
عن عبد الله بن عمرو رضي الله عنهما ان رجلا اتى النبي صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم فقال إن ابي ذبح ضحيته قبل ان يصلي فقال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم قل لابيك يصلي ثم يذبح
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) that a man came to the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and said: Indeed, my father slaughtered the sacrifice before performing the Eid prayer. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Tell your father to offer the sacrifice again after performing the prayer.
