Hadith Number: 5559
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whoever recites this supplication upon entering the marketplace: LAA ILAAHA ILLALLAHU WAHDAHU LAA AREEKA LAHU, LAHUL-MULKU WA LAHUL-HAMDU, BIYADIHIL-KHAIRU, YUHYEE WA YUMEETU, WA HUWA ‘ALAA KULLI AY’IN QADE (There is no true deity except Allah, He is alone, He has no partner, sovereignty belongs to Him, all praise is for Him, in His hand is all good, He gives life and causes death, and He is powerful over everything), Allah Almighty will write for him one million good deeds, forgive one million of his sins, and build for him a house in Paradise.
