باب ما جاء فى ضمان الوديعة والعارية
Chapter: What has been reported regarding the guarantee of deposits and borrowed items
Hadith Number: 6153
عن سمرة بن جندب رضي الله عنه عن النبي صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم قال على اليد ما اخذت حتى تؤديه ثم نسي الحسن قال لا يضمن
Narrated by Sayyiduna Samurah bin Jundub (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whatever the hand takes, it remains a responsibility upon him until he pays it back. Then Hasan Basri forgot and said: He is not liable.
