باب الحي على الهدية واستحباب قبولها وفضل المهدى
Chapter: Living on gifts, recommendation to accept them, and the virtue of the giver
Hadith Number: 6252
عن ابي هريرة رضي الله عنه عن النبي صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم قال من آتاه الله من هذا المال شيئا من غير ان يساله فليقبله فإنما هو رزق ساقه الله عز وجل إليه
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: If Allah Almighty gives someone some wealth, while he has not asked anyone for it, then he should accept it, because it is sustenance that Allah Almighty has granted him.
