باب البده بذوي القروض وإعطاء العصبة ما بقى
Chapter: Giving precedence to those with fixed shares and giving the remainder to agnates
Hadith Number: 6353
وعنه ايضا قال قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم اقسموا المال بين اهل الفرائض على كتاب الله تبارك وتعالى فما تركت الفرائض فلاولى ذكر
Narrated by Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both): The Messenger of Allah said: Distribute the wealth among the rightful heirs (Ashab al-Furud) according to the Book of Allah; whatever remains after the prescribed shares, it will be for the closest male relative.
