باب ما جاء فى ميراث الجد
Chapter: What has been reported regarding the inheritance of the grandfather
Hadith Number: 6367
ومن طريق ثان عن ابن الزبير قال: إن الذي قال له رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم: ((لو كنت متخذا خليلا سوى الله حتى القاه لاتخذت ابا بكر)) جعل الجد ابا
(Second chain) Sayyiduna Ibn Zubair (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: Indeed, the person about whom the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: If I were to take anyone as a close friend besides Allah Almighty, I would have taken Abu Bakr. That person made the grandfather stand in place of the father.
