باب التشديد على الحكام الجائرين وفضل المقسطين
Chapter: Strictness regarding unjust judges and the virtue of the just
Hadith Number: 6402
عن معقل بن يسار المزني قال: امرني النبي صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم ان اقضي بين قوم، فقلت: ما احسن ان اقضي يا رسول الله! قال: ((الله مع القاضي ما لم يحف عمدا))
Narrated by Sayyiduna Ma'qil bin Yasar Muzani (may Allah be pleased with him), he says: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) ordered me to judge between people. I said: O Messenger of Allah! I cannot judge well. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Allah Almighty is with the judge as long as he does not commit injustice.
تخریج الحدیث: «اسناده ضعيف جدا، نفيع بن الحارث الاعمي متروك الحديث، وقد كذبه ابن معين۔ أخرجه الطبراني في ’’الكبير‘‘: 20/ 539، (انظر مسند أحمد ترقيم الرسالة: 20305 ترقیم بيت الأفكار الدولية: 20571»
حكم: اسناده ضعيف جدا
