باب من يجوز الحكم بشهادته ومن لا يجوز.
Chapter: Whose testimony is acceptable for judgment and whose is not
Hadith Number: 6428
(وعنه من طريق ثان) قال قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم لا يجوز شهادة خائن ولا محدود في الإسلام ولا ذي غمر على اخيه
(Second chain) The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: The testimony of a treacherous person is not permissible, nor of the one upon whom a legal punishment has been carried out in Islam, nor of the one who harbors malice against his brother.
