باب النهي عن قتل الحيوان أو الإنسان صبرا أو بشيء فيه تعذيب وعن التمثيل به
Chapter: Prohibition of killing animals or humans by torture or in a way that causes suffering, and of mutilation
Hadith Number: 6541
(وعنه من طريق ثان) عن ابي ايوب رضي الله عنه قال نهى رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم عن صبر الدابة قال ابو ايوب لو كانت لي دجاجة ما صبرتها
(Second chain) It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Ayyub Ansari (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade killing an animal after tying it up. Then Sayyiduna Abu Ayyub (may Allah be pleased with him) said: Even if I had a chicken, I would not kill it after tying it up.
