باب فى أن السيد يقيم الحد على رفيقه
Chapter: That the Master Establishes the Hadd on His Companion
Hadith Number: 6745
عن عائشة رضي الله عنها ان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم قال: ((إذا زنت الامة فاجلدوها، وإذا زنت فاجلدوها، وإذا زنت فاجلدوها ثم بيعوها ولو بضفير)) والضفير الحبل
Narrated by Sayyidah Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: When a slave-girl commits adultery, flog her; if she commits adultery a second time, then flog her again; and if she falls into this crime again, then flog her and sell her, even if you have to sell her for a rope. The meaning of "dhafeer" is rope.
