باب حد شارب الخمر وكم يضرب ؟ وب أى شيء يضرب؟
Chapter: The Hadd for Drinking Alcohol, How Many Stripes, and With What Is He Beaten?
Hadith Number: 6776
عن ابي سعيد الخدري رضي الله عنه ان النبي صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم اتي برجل قال مسعر اظنه في شراب فضربه النبي صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم بنعلين اربعين
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Sa'id Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that a man was brought to the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), he had drunk alcohol. The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) struck him with two sandals, giving him forty strikes.
