باب ما جاء فى قتل الشارب فى الرابعة وبيان نسخه
Chapter: What Has Been Reported Regarding Killing the Drinker on the Fourth Time and Clarifying Its Abrogation
Hadith Number: 6791
عن عمرو بن الشريد حدثه ان اباه حدثه انه سمع رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم يقول إذا شرب الرجل فاجلدوه ثم إذا شرب فاجلدوه ثم إذا شرب فاجلدوه اربع مرار او خمس مرار ثم إذا شرب فاقتلوه
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Shuraid (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: When a man drinks alcohol, flog him. If he drinks again, then flog him again. If he drinks again, then flog him again. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said this four or five times, and then said: If he drinks alcohol again, then kill him.
تخریج الحدیث: «اسناده ضعيف بھذه السياقة، لكن له شاھد من حديث ابي ھريرة، أخرجه الدارمي: 2313، والطبراني في ’’الكبير‘‘: 7244، والحاكم: 4/ 372، (انظر مسند أحمد ترقيم الرسالة: 19460 ترقیم بيت الأفكار الدولية: 19689»
