Book of Zihar (Wife as Unlawful)
باب من ظاهر من امرأته فى رمضان خشية الوقوع فى الجماع بالنهار
Chapter: One Who Pronounced Zihar on His Wife in Ramadan Fearing Falling into Intercourse During the Day
Hadith Number: 7193
وعنه بالسند المتقدم قال تظاهرت من امراتي ثم وقعت بها قبل ان اكفر فسالت النبي صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم فافتاني بالكفارة
Sayyiduna Salamah (may Allah be pleased with him) says: I performed zihar with my wife, then before giving the expiation, I had marital relations with her. When I asked the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), he ordered me to give the expiation.
