Chapter on What Has Been Reported Regarding Its Legislation
Hadith Number: 733
عن بلال رضي الله عنه ان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم قال: امسحوا (وفي رواية: مسح على الخفين والخمار)
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Bilal (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Wipe over the socks and the turban. (In one narration, it is mentioned that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) wiped over the socks and the turban.)
تخریج الحدیث: «حديث صحيح من فعله صلي الله عليه وآله وسلم، لا مِن قوله، و أخرجه مسلم: 275 بلفظ: مسح رسول اللّٰه صلي الله عليه وآله وسلم علي الخفين والخمار۔، (انظر مسند أحمد ترقيم الرسالة: 23884، 23892 ترقیم بيت الأفكار الدولية: 24389»
