باب حجة من رأى عدم نقض الوضوء بمس الذكر
Chapter on the Evidence of Those Who Hold That Touching the Penis Does Not Invalidate Ablution
Hadith Number: 788
(وعنه من طريق ثان) عن ابيه قال: كنت جالسا عند النبي صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم فساله رجل فقال: مسست ذكري، او الرجل يمس ذكره في الصلاة، عليه الوضوء؟ قال: ((لا، إنما هو منك))
(Second chain) Sayyiduna Taliq (may Allah be pleased with him) says: I was sitting with the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), when a man asked him: I have touched my private part, or if a man touches his private part during prayer, should he perform ablution again? The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: No, it is only a part of your body.
