فصل فيما روي فى ذلك عن بعض أزواج النبى صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم
Section on What Has Been Narrated Regarding That from Some Wives of the Prophet (peace be upon him)
Hadith Number: 805
عن محمد بن طحلائ قال: قلت لابي سلمة: إن ظئرك سليما لا يتوضا مما مست النار، قال: فضرب صدر سليم وقال: اشهد على ام سلمة زوج النبي صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم انها كانت تشهد على رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم كان يتوضا مما مست النار
Muhammad bin Tahlah says: I said to Abu Salamah: Your foster father Sulaim does not perform ablution after eating something cooked on fire. Upon hearing this, he struck his hand on Sulaim’s chest and said: I bear witness before the wife of the Prophet, Sayyida Umm Salamah (RA), that she testified about the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) that he (peace and blessings be upon him) used to perform ablution after eating something cooked on fire.
