Hadith Number: 8392
عن سعد بن عبادة رضي الله عنه قال قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم ما من امير عشرة إلا يؤتى به يوم القيامة مغلولا لا يفكه من ذلك الغل إلا العدل وما من رجل قرا القرآن فنسيه إلا لقي الله يوم يلقاه وهو اجذم
Sayyiduna Sa’d bin ‘Ubadah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: The leader and responsible person of ten people will come on the Day of Resurrection in such a state that he will be bound in iron (chains); the thing that will free him from this captivity will be his justice and fairness. And the person who, after reading the Noble Qur’an, forgets it, will meet Allah Almighty in such a state that his hand will be cut off (or afflicted with leprosy).
تخریج الحدیث: «صحيح لغيره دون قوله: وما من احد تعلم القرآن وھذا اسناد ضعيف لابھام الراوي عن سعد بن عبادة، ولجھالة عيسي بن فائد۔ أخرجه مختصرا ابوداود: 1474، (انظر مسند أحمد ترقيم الرسالة: 22456 ترقیم بيت الأفكار الدولية: 22823»
حكم: صحيح لغيره دون قوله: وما من احد تعلم القرآن وھذا اسناد ضعيف لابھام الراوي عن سعد بن عبادة
