باب ما جاء فى الوعيد الشديد لمن نسي القرآن أو بعضه بعد حفظه أو نرى بقراء ته أو ناكل به أولم يعمل بما فيه
Chapter on What Has Been Reported Regarding the Severe Threat for One Who Forgets the Qur’an or Part of It After Memorizing, or Shows Off with Its Recitation, or Eats with It, or Does Not Act Upon It
Hadith Number: 8394
عن ابن عباس رضي الله عنهما قال قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم ليقران القرآن اقوام من امتي يمرقون من الإسلام كما يمرق السهم من الرمية
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Some people from my Ummah will certainly recite the Noble Qur’an, but they will exit from Islam just as an arrow passes through its prey.
