Chapter on etiquettes specific to those present in a gathering
Hadith Number: 9507
عن ابي هريرة رضي الله عنه قال قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم إذا قام احدكم من مجلسه ثم رجع إليه فهو احق به
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: When a person leaves his seat in a gathering and then returns, he is more entitled to that place.
