Hadith Number: 9559
عن ابن عباس رضي الله عنهما انه قال قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم ((إن الصحة والفراغ نعمتان من نعم الله مغبون فيهما كثير من الناس))
Narrated by Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Indeed, there are two blessings of Allah Almighty regarding which many people incur loss: health and free time.
