Chapter on what has been narrated regarding the ages of the Ummah of Muhammad
Hadith Number: 9831
عن ابي هريرة رضي الله عنه عن النبي صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم قال ((لقد اعذر الله إلى عبد احياه حتى بلغ ستين او سبعين سنة لقد اعذر الله لقد اعذر الله إليه))
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah, may Allah be pleased with him, narrates that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: Verily, Allah Almighty has removed the excuse of that person whom He kept alive until he reached the age of sixty or seventy years. Indeed, Allah Almighty has removed his excuse, thus Allah Almighty has removed his excuse.
