باب العصبة إذا كان أحدهم أدنى
Chapter on agnates when one is closer
Hadith Number: 134
نا نا ابو معاوية، قال: نا الاعمش، عن إبراهيم، قال: قال عبد الله : " إذا كان العصبة احدهم ادنى بام فاعطوه المال كله" .
Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) said: Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "When among the 'Asabah (paternal relatives entitled to inheritance) there is one who is closer through the mother, then give the wealth to him."
