باب من أسلم على الميراث قبل أن يقسم
Chapter on one who accepts Islam before the inheritance is distributed
Hadith Number: 187
نا سفيان، عن عمرو، عن ابي الشعثاء، قال: " إذا مات وترك ابنا مملوكا، فاعتق قبل ان يقسم ميراثه، فله ميراثه" .
It is narrated from Abu Al-Sha’tha’ (may Allah have mercy on him) that: "Whoever died and his son was a slave, if he is freed before the distribution, he will receive the inheritance."
