Chapter: Bequest of a minor
Hadith Number: 432
نا سفيان، عن ايوب، عن ابن سيرين، قال: رفع إلى عبد الله بن عتبة وصية جارية صغروها وحقروها، فقال عبد الله بن عتبة: " من اصاب الحق اجزناه" .
A slave girl's will was presented before Abdullah bin Utbah (may Allah have mercy on him), whom people considered weak and insignificant. Abdullah bin Utbah (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "Whoever speaks the truth, we will execute his will."
