Book of Agnatic Guardianship ('Asabah)
وقال شريح: «هو من الثلث»
And Shurayh said: "It is from the third."
Hadith Number: 468
نا هشيم، قال: نا اشعث بن سوار، عن الشعبي، عن عطاء، قال: " من الثلث" .
Hazrat Ata (may Allah have mercy on him) says: "A mudabbar slave is from one third of the wealth."
