Book of Marriage
باب من قال: لا نكاح إلا بولي
Chapter: Whoever said, "There is no marriage except with a guardian"
Hadith Number: 542
نا هشيم، عن مغيرة، عن الحارث العكلي، قال: " النكاح إلى الولي، ولكن يشاور الوصي" .
Hazrat Harith Akli (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "Marriage is the responsibility of the guardian (wali), however, the executor (wasi) may be consulted."
