باب ما جاء في المرأة غاب عنها زوجها فتزوجت بعده
Chapter: What is reported regarding a woman whose husband is absent and she remarries after him
Hadith Number: 708
نا هشيم , قال: انا يونس، عن الحسن , في رجل غاب عن امراته، فتزوجت امراته، فقدم زوجها , قال:" تعتد من الآخر ثم تدفع إلى الاول" .
Hasan al-Basri (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "When the first husband returns, the woman should observe the waiting period (‘iddah) from the second husband, then return to the first husband."
