باب ما جاء في المرأة غاب عنها زوجها فتزوجت بعده
Chapter: What is reported regarding a woman whose husband is absent and she remarries after him
Hadith Number: 710
نا هشيم، قال: انا مغيرة، عن إبراهيم , في امراة نعي إليها زوجها، فتزوجت رجلا من بعده، فمات فورثته، فقدم زوجها الاول، قال:" تدفع إليه وترد إلى ورثة الميت ما اخذت من ميراثه" .
Ibrahim Nakha'i (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "The woman should be returned to her first husband and the inheritance taken from the second husband should be returned."
