باب ما جاء في الرجل يتزوج أمة بين الرجلين ثم يشتري نصيب أحدهما
Chapter: What is reported regarding a man marrying a slave woman shared between two men, then buying the share of one of them
Hadith Number: 836
نا هشيم، قال: انا يونس , عن الحسن , في الرجل تزوج امة بين رجلين فاشترى نصيب احدهما , قال:" لا يقربها حتى يتخلص نصيب الآخر" .
Hasan al-Basri (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "Whoever has purchased half of a slave woman, it is not permissible for him to have intercourse with her until he buys the share of the other partner as well."
