باب الرجل يفجر بالمرأة ثم يتزوجها
Chapter: A man commits fornication with a woman, then marries her
Hadith Number: 894
نا هشيم، قال: انا سيار، عن عكرمة , انه كان يقول في الرجل يفجر بالمراة ثم يتزوجها , قال:" مثله كمثل رجل اخذ من ثمر نخلة بغير امر صاحبها فكان حراما، ثم اشتراها فكان له حلالا" .
Hazrat Ikrimah (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "A man who commits adultery with a woman and then marries her, his example is like that of a person who plucks fruit from a tree without permission, so it is unlawful; then if he buys it, it becomes lawful."
