Book of Divorce
وقال حماد: «ليس في مالها شيء»
And Hammad said: "There is nothing from her wealth."
Hadith Number: 1425
حدثنا سفيان، عن ابن ابي نجيح، عن مجاهد، قال: " ياخذ من المختلعة حتى عقاصها" .
Hazrat Mujahid (may Allah have mercy on him) said: It is permissible to take from the woman who seeks khul‘ (divorce in exchange for compensation) even the value up to the string of her hair (her hairband).
