Book of Divorce
باب من كان لا يرى طلاق الشرك شيئا
Chapter on those who did not consider the divorce of disbelief (shirk) as valid
Hadith Number: 1793
نا هشيم، قال: انا يونس، عن الحسن، انه كان يقول: " من كان على غير الإسلام فتزوج امراة وابنتها، فدخل بواحدة منهما، ثم اسلموا فقد حرمتا عليه" .
Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "Whoever, in a state of disbelief, marries a woman and her daughter, and has intercourse with either of them, then embraces Islam, both become forbidden to him."
