باب ما جاء في الظهار
Chapter on what is reported regarding zihar (a form of divorce)
Hadith Number: 1823
نا سفيان، عن هشام بن حجير، عن طاوس، قال: " إذا ظاهر الرجل من امراته فعليه الكفارة، برا ولم يبر" .
Hazrat Tawus (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "When a man pronounces zihar on his wife, expiation becomes obligatory upon him, whether he fulfills the oath or not."
