باب ما جاء في الظهار
Chapter on what is reported regarding zihar (a form of divorce)
Hadith Number: 1828
نا هشيم، قال: انا يونس، عن الحسن، قال: " إن واقع المظاهر قبل ان يكفر فليمسك عن غشيانها، وليستغفر الله عز وجل ويتب إليه، ويكفر كفارة واحدة" .
Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "If the one who has pronounced zihar has intercourse with his wife before offering the expiation, it is obligatory for him to stop, seek forgiveness from Allah, and offer one expiation."
