باب ما يجزئ في الظهار من الرقبة
Chapter on what suffices in zihar regarding the freeing of a slave
Hadith Number: 1842
نا هشيم، قال: اخبرني من سمع الحكم، يقول: " لا تجزئ ام الولد، والمعتقة عن دبر في كفارة الظهار ؛ لانه قد جرت فيهما العتاقة" ، قال هشيم: وهو القول.
Hazrat Hakam (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "In the expiation of zihar, an umm walad and a woman freed after death are not sufficient, because the ruling of freedom has already been applied to them." Hushaym said: "This is the correct opinion."
