باب المرأة تطلق ثلاثا فتزوجت غيره فيطلقها قبل أن يمسها هل ترجع إلى الأول
Chapter on a woman divorced three times who marries another, then he divorces her before consummation—can she return to the first husband?
Hadith Number: 1989
نا هشيم، انا داود بن ابي هند، عن سعيد بن المسيب، قال:" اما الناس فيقولون حتى يجامعها، واما انا فإني اقول: إذا تزوجها تزويجا صحيحا لا يريد بذلك إحلالا لها، فلا باس ان يتزوجها الاول" .
Hazrat Saeed bin Al-Musayyib (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "The common people say that when the second husband establishes marital relations, but I say that if the second marriage is conducted properly, without any intention of halalah, then it is permissible for the first husband to marry (her) again."
