Chapter on a woman accused of adultery, then found to be a virgin
Hadith Number: 2122
نا هشيم، انا إسماعيل بن سالم، قال: سمعت الشعبي، يقول: " يقام عليها الحد، ولا يلتفت إلى ذلك منها" . قال هشيم: وهو القول.
Hazrat Sha'bi (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "The hadd punishment will be carried out on the woman and her virginity will not be considered." Hisham said: "This is the correct opinion."
