باب المرأة يشهد عليها بالزنا ثم توجد بكرا
Chapter on a woman accused of adultery, then found to be a virgin
Hadith Number: 2124
نا خالد بن عبد الله، عن بيان، عن عامر الشعبي، قال: سمعته يقول: " إذا تزوج الرجل البكر، فقذفها زوجها قبل ان يدخل بها فنظر إليها النساء، فوجدوها بكرا، فإنه يجلد ؛ لانه استبان انه كذب عليها" .
Hazrat Sha'bi (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "If a husband accuses his wife before consummation, and the woman turns out to be a virgin, then the prescribed punishment (hadd) will be carried out on the husband because his lie has been proven."
