باب من أسلم وأقام بأرضه أو خرج عنها
Chapter on one who accepted Islam and stayed in his land or left it
Hadith Number: 2592
نا جرير، عن منصور، عن إبراهيم، قال: " إذا اسلم الرجل من اهل السواد، واقام بارضه اخذ منه الخراج، فإن ترك ارضه رفع عنه الخراج" .
Sayyiduna Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) says: "If a person from the people of Sawad (Iraq) accepts Islam and remains on his land, then kharaj (land tax) is taken from him, and if he leaves the land, then the kharaj ends for him."
