باب ما أحرزه المشركون من المسلمين ثم يفيئه الله على المسلمين
Chapter on what the polytheists seized from the Muslims, then Allah returned it to the Muslims
Hadith Number: 2800
نا نا إسماعيل بن عياش، عن الحجاج، عن ابي إسحاق، عن سلمان بن ربيعة، قال: " إذا اصاب المشركون شيئا لاحد من المسلمين، ثم ظهر عليهم، فهو لصاحبه ما لم يقسم، فإذا قسم فلا حق له فيه" .
Salman bin Rabee’ah (may Allah have mercy on him) said:“When the polytheists take any property from the Muslims, then the Muslims prevail, if the property is found before distribution, it belongs to the owner, and if it is distributed, then he has no right to it.”
