باب الجارية تشترى من السبي معها ذهب أو فضة
Chapter on the slave girl bought from the captives with gold or silver
Hadith Number: 2813
نا ابو الاحوص، عن ابي إسحاق، عن محمد بن زيد، قال: اشتريت جارية من خمس قسم، فوجدت معها خمسة عشر دينارا، فاتيت عبد الرحمن بن خالد بن الوليد، فذكرت ذلك له، فقال:" هي لك" .
Muhammad bin Zaid (may Allah have mercy on him) said: I bought a slave girl from the fifth of the spoils of war, and with her were found fifteen dinars. I mentioned this to Abdur Rahman bin Khalid bin Walid (may Allah be pleased with him), so he said: "They are yours."
