قوله تعالى: {واللاتي يأتين الفاحشة من نسائكم فاستشهدوا عليهن أربعة منكم فإن شهدوا فأمسكوهن فى البيوت حتى يتوفاهن الموت أو يجعل الله لهن سبيلا}
His (Allah's) saying: {And those among your women who commit lewdness, call to witness four among you against them; then if they testify, confine them to the houses until death takes them or Allah ordains for them [another] way}
Hadith Number: 595
نا نا شريك، عن فراس، عن الشعبي، عن مسروق، عن ابي بن كعب , قال: " البكران إذا زنيا يجلدان وينفيان، والثيبان يرجمان، والشيخان يجلدان ويرجمان" .
Sayyiduna Ubayy bin Ka'b (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "If unmarried persons commit adultery, they will be flogged and exiled; if married persons commit adultery, they will be stoned to death; and if old men commit adultery, they will be flogged as well as stoned to death."
