الآية (141) قوله عز وجل: {وهو الذى أنشأ جنات معروشات} إلى قوله تعالى: {كلوا من ثمره إذا أثمر وآتوا حقه يوم حصاده}
Verse (141) His saying, Mighty and Majestic: {And He it is who produces gardens trellised and untrellised} to His saying: {Eat of their fruit when they bear fruit and give its due [zakah] on the day of its harvest}
Hadith Number: 929
نا إسماعيل بن عياش، عن ابن جريج، عن عطاء، في قوله عز وجل: وآتوا حقه يوم حصاده سورة الانعام آية 141 , قال:" شيء يسير سوى الزكاة المفروضة" , وكان سعيد بن المسيب , يقول:" هي الزكاة المفروضة" .
Ata (may Allah have mercy on him) said regarding Allah the Exalted’s statement:“And give its due on the day of its harvest”— what is meant by this is to give a little wealth apart from the obligatory zakat. And Sa’id bin al-Musayyib (may Allah have mercy on him) used to say that what is meant is the obligatory zakat itself.
