Chapter on Nullifiers of Ablution – Clarification that the shoulder the Prophet (peace be upon him) ate without performing ablution was sheep shoulder, not camel shoulder
Hadith Number: 1143
اخبرنا ابو خليفة ، قال: حدثنا القعنبي ، عن مالك ، عن زيد بن اسلم ، عن عطاء بن يسار ، عن ابن عباس ،" ان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم اكل كتف شاة، ثم صلى ولم يتوضا" .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) ate the meat of a goat's shoulder, then he performed prayer and did not perform ablution again.
