باب النجاسة وتطهيرها - ذكر الإخبار بأن المسلم إذا كان جنبا أو غير جنب لا يجوز أن يطلق عليه اسم النجاسة وإن وقع في الماء القليل لم ينجسه
Impurity and its purification: Reporting that a Muslim, whether in major impurity or not, is not called impure, and his presence in little water does not make it impure
Hadith Number: 1369
اخبرنا احمد بن الحسن بن عبد الجبار الصوفي ، حدثنا عبيد الله بن عمر القواريري ، حدثنا يحيى بن سعيد ، حدثنا مسعر ، حدثني واصل ، عن ابي وائل ، عن حذيفة ، قال: لقيني رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم وانا جنب، فاهوى إلي، فقلت: إني جنب، فقال:" إن المسلم لا ينجس" .
Sayyiduna Hudhayfah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) met me while I was in a state of janabah (major ritual impurity). He extended his hand towards me, so I said: I am in a state of janabah. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: A Muslim does not become impure.
