باب صفة الصلاة - ذكر البيان بأن من كان في صلاته أسكن ولله أخشع كان من خير الناس
Chapter on the Manner of Prayer – Clarification that those who are most tranquil and humble in prayer are among the best people
Hadith Number: 1756
اخبرنا ابن خزيمة ، حدثنا محمد بن بشار ، حدثنا ابو عاصم ، حدثنا جعفر بن يحيى ، حدثنا عمي عمارة بن ثوبان ، عن عطاء بن ابي رباح ، عن ابن عباس ، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: " خيركم الينكم مناكب في الصلاة" .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The best among you are those who have the softest shoulders during prayer."
