Chapter on What is Disliked and Not Disliked – Prohibition of Taking Graves as Places of Prayer
Hadith Number: 2325
اخبرنا احمد بن علي بن المثنى ، قال: حدثنا ابو خيثمة ، قال: حدثنا عثمان بن عمر ، حدثنا زائدة ، عن عاصم ، عن شقيق ، عن عبد الله ، ان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: " من شر الناس من تدركه الساعة، ومن يتخذ القبور مساجد" .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates this statement of the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him): "The worst of people are those whom the Hour will overtake (i.e., upon whom the Hour will be established), and those who take graves as mosques."
