Ihram - Clarification that the Prophet (peace be upon him) allowed Dubaa’ah to make a condition in Hajj because she was ill
Hadith Number: 3774
اخبرنا محمد بن الحسن بن قتيبة ، قال: حدثنا ابن ابي السري ، قال: حدثنا عبد الرزاق ، قال: اخبرنا معمر ، عن الزهري ، عن عروة ، عن عائشة ، ان النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم دخل على ضباعة بنت الزبير بن عبد المطلب، وهي شاكية، فقال لها: " حجي، واشترطي ان محلي حيث حبستني" .
Sayyida Aisha Siddiqa (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates: The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) went to Sayyida Duba’a bint Zubair bin Abdul Muttalib (may Allah be pleased with her); she was ill. The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said to her: You (should enter into the state of Ihram for Hajj) and stipulate this condition that wherever I am unable to proceed further, there I will come out of Ihram.
