باب حق الوالدين - ذكر الزجر عن السبب الذي يسب المرء والديه به
Chapter on Parents’ Rights – Warning against actions that lead to cursing one’s parents.
Hadith Number: 411
اخبرنا عبد الله بن محمد بن سلم ، قال: حدثنا الحسين بن الحسن ، قال: حدثنا يحيى بن زكريا بن ابي زائدة ، عن مسعر بن كدام، عن سعد بن إبراهيم ، عن حميد بن عبد الرحمن ، عن عبد الله بن عمرو ، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: " من الكبائر ان يسب الرجل والديه"، قيل: وكيف يسب الرجل والديه قال:" يتعرض للناس فيسب والديه" .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "One of the major sins is that a person abuses his parents." It was asked: How can a person abuse his parents? The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "He abuses the parents of others, so they abuse his parents."
