باب الغنائم وقسمتها - ذكر ما أباح الله جل وعلا أخذ الخمس لرسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم من غنائم المشركين-
Chapter on Spoils of War and Their Distribution – On what God permitted the Prophet to take from the spoils of the polytheists.
Hadith Number: 4826
اخبرنا محمد بن عبد الرحمن السامي ، قال: حدثنا احمد بن حنبل ، قال: حدثنا عبد الرزاق ، قال: اخبرنا معمر ، عن همام بن منبه ، قال: هذا ما حدثنا ابو هريرة فذكر احاديث منها، قال: وقال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: " ايما قرية عصت الله ورسوله، فإن خمسها لله ولرسوله، ثم هي لكم" .
Hammam bin Munabbih narrates: Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated these ahadith to us, then he mentioned some narrations, among which is this narration: The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Any town that disobeys Allah and His Messenger, its (spoils of war) khums will go to Allah and His Messenger, and then it will come to you."
